Straight Answers
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Inspections and estimates are free. Roof reports are the only thing I charge for before work begins.
Will the final price match the quote?
Yes. All work is carried out on a fixed quoted price. I don't work on a day rate.
What guarantees do you give?
Company guarantees on renewal work: 10 years on tiled roof renewals, 5 years on uPVC fascias and soffits and 20 years on EPDM flat roof systems. Repairs are not guaranteed.
Are you insured?
Yes, I hold £1 million public liability insurance.
Who will actually do the work?
Me. I work alone, so you deal with me directly from the first visit through to the final clean-up.
How can I pay?
By BACS bank transfer (preferred), cash or cheque. I don't take card payments.
Can you help with a leak or storm damage?
Yes, get in touch during normal working hours and I'll arrange to take a look.
